It is finally warm out...20 degrees!
Who would have thought that we would be saying thank goodness for twenty degree weather?!? but Henry and I have been able to go outside and enjoy the snow much more now that the weather is finally average! he loves riding in his sled so I took him for walks both yesterday and today in his sled. Today we even went to the park to go for a ride in the swing and make snow angels...he really thought that was silly! And we went to see daddy at work! It is so refreshing to get outside and do anything after being perched in the house for so many days because of the cold! And knowing that pretty soon it will happen less often because our little darling should hopefully arrive pretty soon! My next appointment is on friday and hopefully we will find out if I have made any progress then! At my 36 week appt I was 2 cm so we will see...I am anxious to meet little ____?____ Morgan! Last Friday I went to Medford Outlets and bought oodles of clothes for our baby girl for next winter and for Henry! They had so many deals at Carters and OshGosh B'Gosh! The most I paid for any one thing was 5.99! And most of the things I bought at osh gosh were 1.99!!!! It does not get any better than that! The best part was that I got to go all by myself! That happens SO rarely, that I truly enjoyed every minute! I even stopped to eat at McDonalds and did not know what I was supposed to do while sitting there eating all by myself! It is so bazaar! And on Saturday night scott and I had a "last date" for a while! Thanks to Grandpa Morgan and Grandma too! We went to eat at Green Mill and then to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button...it was fabulous! We had not seen a movie since Juno last winter! So it was time to see another one! Well I hope everyone has a great week and we will let you know when our little girl arrives! We cannot wait! and I will try to add a few pictures of Henry out sledding today! Enjoy, Katie

Christmas and Winter Update
Hey everyone, happy freezing friday! henry is napping away today so I (Mommy!) am writing today to update you on what we have been up to lately! Henry is getting bigger and bigger and cuter and cuter every single day! We have so much fun with him most of the time...every once and a while he does try to be a stinker though! Henry is getting to be so smart though, at least to us, but we of course are a bit biased! But he knows all of his letters and numbers 0-10! So we think it is really cute to hear him count and he loves to do the itsy, bitsy spider, twinkle twinkle and the wheels on the bus! Christmas was a blast this year because Henry could actually open presents this year and was happy to get some new toys! Now I have had to find more room in our house for all of these toys! It is amazing to me how many different toys a 20 month old can possibly have! I am glad that Scott is finishing the rest of the basement currently so that we will have a nice big playroom for Henry and his sister when she arrives! Scott is staying very busy with the basement project...our next goal is to get carpet in and trim up so that our entire basement will actually look finished! Then, we will even have room for guests in the guest bedroom in the basement...even though we never have guests, oh well! I am sure I will find more "Good Stuff" to store in that room! We only have three more weeks until Baby is expected to arrive, on January 30th! We are very excited, but also a bit nervous about all the changes that will occur when there are two children! We have noticed that Henry talks more and more about "baby" so we are not sure, but we do think that he is starting to understand a little bit about the baby coming! I am sure that it will be a shock to him when there really is another baby! Oh well, he will get used to it and I am sure he will do just great! Well we will keep you all posted on the arrival of this new little peanut! and I will try to add some pictures now from christmas , even though Henry was trying to escape in most every picture!
